03 — Direct settlement
Orders settle directly in USDC — no intermediary holds your order or your funds.
04 — Out-of-stock handling
If an item you ordered turns out to be unexpectedly out of stock, we cancel and refund that portion of your order and apply a 10% discount to your next order automatically.
05 — Purity verification
If independent lab testing shows a batch under its advertised purity, or a vial underfilled, we refund or reship — verified against results from six accepted labs. Optional shipping insurance covers loss or damage in transit.
06 — Shipping timeline
Orders ship within 2–3 business days of payment. If a shipment goes out later than that, we apply a 10% discount to that order automatically.
